Toronto, ON – PartSource announced today that it has signed a multi-year agreement with WHI Solutions, an on-demand distribution management systems company with electronic catalogue and eBusiness solutions, to replace PartSource’s store management system.

Starting in 2011, WHI will implement PartsWatch, an information and management application that will enable PartSource’s 87 stores to provide:

  • Faster access to locate the parts customers want to buy;
  • National account capabilities so customers are recognized in all stores across the network; and,
  • Increased access to information on automotive parts and accessories with improved catalogue functionality.

“We are making a significant investment in our technology to improve customer service, optimize store efficiency and drive business performance,” said Ian White, Vice President, PartSource Sales and Operations. “PartsWatch is customized with the tools and functionality our stores need to seamlessly connect the PartSource network to real-time data and information.”
