In response to the success of the 2012 “Great Goal” spring mail-in rebate program and the “Icebreaker” winter mail-in rebate program, Hankook Tire Canada Corp. has announced the “Great Save” rebate being offered to Canadian consumers.

The manufacturer’s 2013 spring rebate program is available to all Canadian residents and is offered to general consumers for a limited time on select Hankook tread patterns. For the first time ever the rebate is being offered on the popular Optimo H725 and Dynapro HT.

To ensure eligibility, consumers must purchase a new set of four Hankook all-season tires from participating Canadian retailers between March 15- May 31. Select tread patterns and specific reimbursements are listed below:
  • Hankook Ventus V4 ES (Pattern code: H105) $60 CAD rebate.
  • Hankook Dynapro HT (Pattern code: RH12) $50 CAD rebate.
  • Hankook Optimo H426  $50 CAD rebate.
  • Hankook Optimo H727 $40 CAD rebate.
  • Hankook Optimo H725 $40 CAD rebate.
“We are pleased to announce our second spring rebate program in Canada. Last year’s spring and winter promotions were so well received by both consumers and retailers that we decided to make this an annual event,” said Bill Hume, vice president of Hankook Tire Canada Corp. “We’re also happy to offer consumers, for the first time, a rebate on our popular Optimo H725 and Dynapro HT products. We believe this program serves to further strengthen Hankook’s reputation as a leading tire brand in Canada.”

Consumers are required to complete the appropriate claim form and submit it along with the original proof of retail purchase on, or before, a postmarked date or equivalent no later than 11:59:59 PM, June 30, 2013.

As per the rebate program rules and regulations, acceptable proof of purchase formats include: original invoices, purchase receipts, or equivalent bill of sales. Online purchases are not applicable for reimbursement.

Eligible consumers will receive a rebate in the form of a cheque within eight weeks from the claim documents receipt date if all qualifications are confirmed and conditions are met.

Hankook Tire is expected to support the promotion with a fully-integrated marketing communications program, including but not limited to advertising, public relations, social media, in-store displays and a special retailer incentive program.
