EYE SPY: Backwards brakes

After performing his own brake install, this customer was concerned about an "unusual rubbing noise." We're surprised that was his only concern!

The technicians at Columbia Auto Service in Waterloo sent us this photo of a 2008 Mazda B3000.

“The customer came to us with what he described as an ‘unusual rubbing noise’ after installing his own brakes,” operations manager Rob Stortz explains, “we pulled off the tires and calipers and that’s what we found…”

Talk about backwards thinking! We’re glad this job was caught and corrected by the pros.
