The shop, owned by Jim Voigt, has been named NAPA’s Autopro of the Year for Ontario.
The award recognizes those that go above and beyond in consumer relationships, management of their business, and participation in all of the elements of the NAPA Autopro brand.
According to Russ Gougeon, NAPA’s Autopro co-ordinator for the Ontario region, Columbia Auto Service scored well for brand image and appearance, customer retention, participation in training, and delivery of the POM warranty and the 10/400 warranty information to the consumer.
“We warmly congratulate Jim and his staff on this award. This was a real team effort,” he said. “Well done!”
Jim Voigt thanked his very supportive team of dedicated professionals at Columbia Auto Service for their day-to-day efforts to be consistent and professional in every process of the business.
Columbia Auto Service, which has been part of the Autopro network since its start in 1983, was also awarded its third “Autopro Leadership Award” at the banner’s recent conference held in Muskoka region of Ontario. Leadership awards were also given to Main & Market Service Centre in Ridgetown, Roy’s Service Centre in Orangeville, and Simon Brothers Automotive Repair in Brampton.
