A three-hour Town Hall style meeting in Saskatoon was held on Tuesday February 8th sponsored by Automotive Parts Distributors (APD). Shop owners in attendance discussed industry issues and how to enhance marketplace position with the consumer. Fourty-three people representing 25 Independent shops attended the morning working session.

The discussions were facilitated by Bob Greenwood, president and Founder of the Automotive Aftermarket E-Learning Centre Ltd., with each attendee expressing their own thoughts as to what business issues they were facing and how everyone could come together to overcome them.

The morning was a  success with positive discussions and suggestions for action, and excellent feedback to elevate the independent sector in the city of Saskatoon and surrounding areas.

The morning ended with future meetings to be planned.
