AskPatty.com Inc. has announced a new phase in the ongoing evolution of its Certified Female Friendly Program, aimed at assisting automotive retailers in attracting and retaining women customers.
“The industry has changed since this program launched back in 2006, and the world of marketing has changed big time,” says Jody DeVere, AskPatty.com CEO. “It’s our job as marketers to always recognize the need to adapt.”
The newly revamped Certified Female Friendly program will focus on marketing consultation and aim to foster a positive culture among Certified locations. The programs’ availability also expands, now being offered to automotive brands in addition to dealerships, service locations, tire dealers, quick lubes, parts stores, car washes and credit unions.
The program’s previous focus on training and advertising support will remain in place, while the re-launched program’s primary focus with clients will shift to place a heavier emphasis on consultation. “What we provide for our clients changes over time based on their needs and on the changes in marketing best practices, so that we can always provide a program that gets results. A company that doesn’t change doesn’t continue to produce results.”
