“AB Magique” ePartConnection now integrated with Monaco part stores

VL Communications has announced that the integration of the ePartConnection e-catalog to order from Monaco Group Automotive is completed and available to "AB Magique" software users.

All current subscribers can now access Monaco parts stores from their software. The user simply has to open an estimate or a work order and click on the ePartConnection button to search for parts. From there, users can report the parts including their numbers, descriptions and prices and then send the order to their store with a single click.

VL Communications says this significantly reduces data entry on vehicles and parts and ensures the accuracy of the order, causing fewer returns. A simple parts search from the purchase order instantly updates prices in the workshop’s inventory. The unique software’s integration affects the inventory as well as the accounting modules, eliminating double entries.

The unique "AB Magique" multiple-window-interface (MDI) allows users to jump from one window to another or simply open them all, simultaneously.
