AutologiQ Inc. has acquired FIX4 Capital Lending Inc.’s dealer network and repair financing originations, a move the company said will immediately improve approval rates, lower borrowing costs and streamline the customer experience for participating dealerships through its AI‑enabled automotive care platform.

The transaction takes effect immediately. AutologiQ said dealerships that previously used FIX4’s repair financing solution will continue to receive instant payment on repair invoices while offering customers more affordable and accessible payment options via AutologiQ’s EasyPay product.

“This acquisition aligns with AutologiQ’s strategy to expand our advisory services and offer repair finance and insurance solutions to Canadian automotive dealerships, building on our strong foundation in the automotive aftermarket,” said Jeffrey Newhouse, CEO of AutologiQ. “AutologiQ was established to help Canadian’s extend the useful life of their existing vehicles in a transparent, proactive, and affordable manner. We look forward to serving FIX4’s dealership partners and their clients.”

AutologiQ framed the deal as an extension of its growth strategy. The company said the integration gives former FIX4 dealers access to higher approval rates, lower interest rates and a client journey managed within its platform, which uses data to recommend service plans and financing tailored to consumers’ needs and budgets.

“From the moment we began discussions with autologiQ, it was clear this was a team that truly understands where the automotive lending space is heading,” said Richard Fortin, President & CEO of FIX4. “Their technology-driven approach and leadership that executes with precision made the decision straightforward. We don’t just believe in what autologiQ is building; we’re proud to be part of the foundation that helps them scale it.”

AutologiQ said EasyPay will remain central to the combined offering, enabling dealers to present repair financing at the point of estimate and close, while maintaining cash flow with immediate payment on approved jobs. The company added that former FIX4 customers will see continuity of service with expanded options and support under the autologiQ umbrella.
