AAPEX registration now open

While six months away, if you want to attend AAPEX, registration is now open for the biggest annual industry event.

The Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) brings together buyers and sellers from the $2.3 trillion global aftermarket and supply chain. This year’s event will be held at the Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum in Las Vegas from November 4-6.

“For 30 years, AAPEX has attracted tens of thousands of global attendees and exhibitors who come to see the newest products, cutting-edge technologies and the best business — and hands-on training the aftermarket has to offer,” said Paul McCarthy, president of MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers, which co-owns the event. “Yet every year when we ask participants why they attend, the top answer is consistently ‘for the networking’ because AAPEX is where business gets done.”

The theme “Ready for every shift” is an acknowledgment of the challenges, along with the adaptation, experienced by the world’s aftermarket supply chain.

Wayne Gretzky will headline the keynote breakfast address.

At AAPEX 2025, attendees can expect

  • More than 2,700 global exhibitors across 5,500 booths. This includes manufacturers of aftermarket auto parts, remanufacturers, tool & equipment makers, international sourcing, warehouses, parts distributors and service shops for aftermarket maintenance, repair, collision, tires and more.
  • More than 45,000 attendees representing at least 128 countries. Attendees come from all over the globe and range from senior business executives to entry-level auto technicians, taking advantage of the exclusive hands-on learning and development opportunities at the event.
  • Many training sessions —AAPEX has confirmed 75 unique training sessions and counting at this year’s event, its most ever. This includes WorldPac and NAPA Auto Parts, plus other exhibitors that will be offering highly specialized technical sessions of their own.
  • More hands-on educational sessions and demonstrations at Joe’s Garage, a key attraction. It features 10 fully operational service bays. Several educational sessions are planned, along with 27 product demonstrations, throughout the three-day show, presenting the hottest innovations in automotive aftermarket service and repair.
  • A new Student Competition. AAPEX has long provided free access to the show and training for vocational and trade students. Now there will be a competitive event: Teams of students will compete to completely disassemble and reassemble an auto engine in Joe’s Garage.
  • Improved networking opportunities. Based on feedback from last year’s show, AAPEX is organizing several events at the event to facilitate more opportunities for networking. Among them are a live, interactive band for the duration of the show; a daily afternoon “booth crawl” visiting different interactive booths across the show floor; expanded seating areas for casual conversations and spontaneous networking in the second-floor lobby; and a re-imagined “Beers & Gears” reception will return to Joe’s Garage on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, from 4:00-6:00 p.m. local time.

“I’ve had the good fortune of being part of the automotive aftermarket for the better part of 40 years,” said Bill Hanvey, president and CEO of Auto Care Association, the other co-owners of the show. “One of the most remarkable aspects of AAPEX is that despite the magnitude of the market, this show is a bit like a homecoming every year – people genuinely enjoy reuniting and exploring how different parts of the market are addressing our current challenges.”

Registration and hotel accommodations

Those interested in attending may register here. The registration fee to attend AAPEX 2025 is just $50 until June 27, 2025. After that, the registration fee rises to $75 until September 26 – and $100 thereafter.

Training sessions cost $150 per session and a package of five sessions is available for $400.

Qualified vocational and trade students can register for a complimentary pass to AAPEX.

AAPEX has a partner for hotel bookings. Shuttle services to and from the show are readily available.
