AAEC’s Bob Greenwood offers up latest Monthly Management Letter

Automotive Aftermarket E-Learning Centre Ltd.’s (AAEC) Bob Greenwood has made available his latest Monthly Management Letter at his blog http://www.aaec.ca/newsite/blog.cfm.

This month’s blog posting has Mr. Greenwood addressing whether today’s indepenent service shops have adjusted to the new service realities.

“Too many shops are not taking charge of their client base and managing their vehicle service properly. They rely on the client to remember to come back,” he writes.
