MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers has appointed new board leadership for 2026.
Eric Steinbecher, president of Vehicle Lifetime Solutions in the Americas at Schaeffler Group USA, is now chair and Kevin Olsen, president and CEO of Dorman Products, is first vice chair.
“The aftermarket is innovating at a pace we’ve never seen, and suppliers need strong advocacy and strategic insight to stay ahead,” said Emily Poladian, president of MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers. “These leaders understand both the challenges and the opportunities. Their guidance strengthens our ability to champion suppliers and drive solutions that keep the industry competitive and future-ready.”
Steinbecher said the expanded board reflects accelerating change across the aftermarket.
“These leaders bring deep operational acumen and a sharp understanding of where the aftermarket is headed,” he said. “Our industry is managing technology disruption, capital pressure, talent demands and a customer base that expects more speed, more data and more value. This board is built to meet that moment head‑on.”
