Hytec Automotive, a DeBartolo company, has announced that its board of directors has elected Denis M. Bruncak as chairman of the board and chief executive officer. Timothy Zahler will remain as president of the corporation. Bruncak brings more than 30 years of management experience and practical industry expertise to his role at Hytec Automotive.
