2001: A Year to Remember, a Year to Forget – October

Only a couple of short months ago in October, we were still looking forward to so many aftermarket events, now behind us: Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week; the International Autobody Congress and Exposition; and the AIA Annual Aftermarket Forum, all previewed in the issue. The AIA announced a revamped format for the Canadian International Automotive Show in 2002, and Bill Stanzeleit became the first graduate of the Certified Aftermarket Professional program. Also in the issue, “Putting Canada on the MAP,” a detailed look at the Motorist Assurance Program.
