Automotive ride control company Gabriel has introduced new FleetLine products to cover a variety of heavy-duty vehicles. In all, the company announced, 15 new products are being brought in and some are first-to-market.
“FleetLine shocks are designed as a direct replacement for commercial OE shocks, and are built to meet or exceed OE specifications and quality standards,” the company said in a news release.
The products feature valving rates that compensate for initial truck suspension softening, the announcement said. These will also have a pre-loaded piston ring that compensates for wear.
The product line also sees an improved anti-corrosion coating and misting reduction seal, which the company says will reduce maintenance downtime and extend service life. “With Gabriel’s improved misting reduction seal technology, oil loss will be reduced by 70% over time, leading to longer life as compared to competing technologies.”
