Beginning May 23rd, Dorman’s remanufactured Transmission Electro-Hydraulic Control Modules (TEHCMs) fitting GM applications will include an exclusive, and patent pending, Software Transfer Tool.
This innovative tool allows Service Technicians to transfer a copy of the software from the motor vehicle owners’ failed TEHCM to Dorman’s remanufactured TEHCM for the vehicle they are servicing. An easy-to-follow, detailed set of installation instructions is also included.
Additionally, a new installation video demonstrating the entire software transfer process is available now.
Dorman’s Remanufactured TEHCMs will remain available through special order, and will continue to be drop shipped via free FedEx Priority Overnight.
