MAT Holdings, Honeywell Licensing Agreement

MAT Holdings Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of products in the automotive, hardware, and power equipment sectors, and Honeywell have reached an agreement under which MAT Holdings is granted an exclusive license for the use of the BENDIX trademark on automotive braking products to be sold in the United States. 

As a manufacturer in the brake business, MAT Holdings is well positioned to maintain the strong position and serve the future interests of U.S. BENDIX customers through a licensing agreement with Honeywell.
