Ideal Supply’s 2014 Trade Show Was Huge Success

Ideal Supply celebrated its 20th Annual Trade Show.
In line with their commitment of providing industry-leading customer service, Ideal Supply expanded its trade show by holding it in two locations this year – its traditional Stratford location at the Rotary Complex, and in Orillia at Casino Rama. “We understood that it was a long day for our northern customers to travel to Stratford, so to make it easier for them, it was decided to run a trade show in their backyard. Both locations are outstanding venues to demonstrate to our customers the leading edge technology, products and services that we offer”, said John MacDonald, vice-president of sales & marketing.
Ideal Supply’s customers visited over 220 booths, and had the chance to win in excess of $100,000 in prizes. Prizes included tickets to anywhere Air Canada flies in Canada and a Kleen-Flo ATV. Rod Crich of Sepoy Wiring in Lucknow won the Air Canada tickets, and Ed Jagt of Pro-Tech in Barrie the Kleen-Flo ATV.
“We would like to thank the hundreds of customers that attended the show, and hope they will come again next year”, stated Mr. MacDonald.
Ideal Supply was founded in 1926 in Listowel, ON where the Head Office and Distribution Centre is still located today. The company is a third-generation family-held business with 30 branch locations in central Ontario, distributing electrical supplies and auto parts to a broad selection of customers.
