I-CAR Introduces Cycle Time Training

I-CAR’s newest training program is focused on improving collision repair facility efficiency.

“Overview of Cycle Time Improvements for the Collision Repair Process” (CYC01) provides an understanding of how cycle time impacts both the customer experience and the overall success of the business.

The content found in this training program pertains to industry professionals in the collision repair and insurance fields, and is of interest to anyone wishing to learn more about cycle time improvement processes.

This course will provide attendees with the information to:

-Define cycle time and identify ways to improve processes

-Understand how cycle time is affected and how improvements can impact your business efficiency

-Identify opportunities to improve customer relations

-Understand the “time bandits” that can affect your business and learn how to keep them under control

-Analyze current processes that can create opportunities for reduced cycle times

-Explain how to implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for each department

Among other scheduled sessions, the course will be held May 7 in Barrie, Ont., May 12 in Oakville, Ont., and May 13 in Mississauga, Ont.
