Performance Industry Generally Upbeat About Business

A survey conducted by the Specialty Equipment Market Association says that a significant proportion of performance and accessory parts warehouse distributors have reported growth.

The survey, conducted in early September, shows that 42% of WDs are reporting moderate business growth and an additional 14% describe their business as greatly expanding.

Even though the majority are reporting that their businesses are growing to some extent, WDs are still experiencing obstacles to the level of growth they would like to have. The number one obstacle cited was the current economy.
