VL Communications redesigns tire ordering

AB Link is a new module to AB Magique software, which enables one to search for and order tires using the Internet, I-Phones or I-Pads. Orders coming in are simply invoiced by the system and sent to shipping.

According to Karole Lauzier, vice president of VL Communciations, “Some customers reported cutting down on phone orders expenses and even re-affected staff to unburden workflow elsewhere.”

He said shop owners are expressing extremely positive sales impact.

“One of our customers became the number one tire store within his banner soon after implementing AB Link to his Shop Management Software AB Magique. He is currently opening up a second store.”
