ZF launches new tool, training service

ZF Aftermarket has introduced two new solutions under its ZF [pro]Diagnostics and ZF [pro]Tech Plus programs.

ZF MultiScan is a next-generation diagnostic tool designed for multi-brand servicing with a single device. Built for North American workshops, it supports major protocols including DoIP and CAN FD, and functions as both a J2534 pass-through and OEM Vehicle Connection Interface for leading European makes. MultiScan also offers Support on Demand, enabling technicians to access live remote assistance from qualified experts using OEM software. Its rugged tablet and VCI feature Wi-Fi connectivity, long battery life, and a multi-position kickstand for durability in shop environments.

ZF [pro]Tech Plus provides ASE-accredited training on advanced technologies such as ADAS and electrified powertrains, along with direct technical support and OEM-level service information. Members gain exclusive learning content and premium recognition for meeting ZF’s standards in capability and training.
