Snap-on has expanded the instructional resources available for its TRITON scan tool, adding a range of video tutorials and support materials to its website. These updates are designed to help professional technicians maximize the tool’s capabilities and streamline their workflow.
The new content includes 20 short tutorial videos covering key features and operations such as battery installation, Wi-Fi setup, scan module pairing, external monitor connection, software updates, Fast-Track Intelligent Diagnostics, Security Link, and ShopStream Connect. These videos are available 24/7, allowing technicians to learn at their own pace and revisit topics as needed.
In addition to video content, the Triton website now features a Knowledge Base offering free access to diagnostic help, troubleshooting guides, and scanner/scope operation tips. An Important Information section provides links to specifications, FAQs, warranty registration, and customer support resources for both U.S. and Canadian users.
The third-generation TRITON scan tool is built to enhance productivity through wireless connectivity, code-based troubleshooting, and Fast-Track Component Tests. These features are designed to simplify complex diagnostics and support efficient repairs.
“When technicians purchase a Snap-on diagnostic platform, they can be confident knowing it is backed by detailed online support that is always accessible, live seminars and product training from diagnostic experts, and regular assistance from Snap-on representatives,” said Helen Cox, marketing and client services director at Snap-on.
