The Hub from BCA

The Hub from BCA

BCA Bearings has launched The Hub from BCA, a technical training and support platform designed to aid technicians and shop owners with wheel end diagnostics and replacements.

The Hub from BCA, which is now available at www.TheBCAHub.com, features a wide assortment of training videos, tech tips and blogs, and a searchable product catalog. BCA is an aftermarket wheel bearing brand from NTN, the largest OE-manufacturer of wheel hubs in North America.

“The Hub from BCA is a direct response to the industry’s need for applicable and accessible training,” said Paul Johnson, executive vice president of sales and marketing, NTN. “The Hub is a testament to BCA’s commitment to providing the best support and training in the industry.”

The Hub is focused on helping shops turn over their garages quickly, with an emphasis on helping technicians install the best available product on their customer’s vehicles. TheBCAHub.com is responsively designed, meaning it will automatically adjust to an optimal display on computers, tablets, and phones. Also, The Hub native app will soon be available from iTunes and Google Play. The app will house training videos, a searchable BCA catalog, and VIN scanning capabilities to quickly identify what part a technician needs on a specific vehicle.

“Because learning can’t be limited to a desk or computer, we focused on creating a unique platform that works for the technician while he is under the vehicle,” said Jim Misch, Director of Engineering, NTN. “The Hub from BCA gives technicians the tool they need to access training anywhere, at any time, and on any device. “

The Hub from BCA also allows technicians to create a profile, save their favorite videos and content, connect to BCA via social media, and contact BCA’s various support lines. “We, as an industry, need to be focused on connecting to the technicians and providing them with what they need to be successful,” said Johnson. “The Hub from BCA represents the future of automotive product and technical support.”
