Hose metal connectors

CRP Automotive introduced the upgraded Rein Coolant Hose Metal Connector (CRP Part Nos. CHU0940 & CHK0940) for BMW B58 6 Cyl. 3.0L engines. The CHU0940 version includes an aluminum connector and gasket, while the CHK0940 version adds a temperature sensor. Addressing issues of brittleness and cracking in OE plastic connectors, the aluminum construction offers better resistance to thermal cycling and hydrolysis. These upgrades ensure a longer service life, reducing the need for frequent replacements and lowering maintenance costs.
