Fuel pressure sensor sockets

The new Snap-on 3/8-inch Drive 27mm 6-point Fuel Pressure Sensor Socket (A227) is a time-saving tool for removing fuel pressure sensors on GM vehicles.

The removal of the fuel pressure sensors on GM vehicles can be a challenge. Service technicians often attempt to remove them with pliers, which can easily damage the part. Utilizing a socket is a much faster and more efficient approach to removing the sensors.

On GM vehicles, access to the fuel sensors is restricted by the sensor connector and side air intake ports. The sensors could be damaged easily if the proper tool is not used. The new Snap-on 3/8-inch Drive 27mm 6-point Fuel Pressure Sensor Socket (A227) is thin walled and has a special broach depth to give service technicians better access to the fuel pressure sensor.

The Snap-on 3/8-inch Drive 27mm 6-point Fuel Pressure Sensor Socket (A227) removes GM fuel pressure sensors without difficulty on a number of 2007-2011 models, including the Cadillac CTS and STS; the Buick Allure, Enclave and LaCrosse; and the Chevrolet Camaro, Cobalt, HHR, Traverse and Acadia.
