Fuel injection hose

Gates has introduced what it is describing as a green solution to fuel injection hose replacement work.

The Barricade Fuel Injection Hose was designed to protect the vehicle’s fuel system from the aggressive fuel mixtures of today’s modern fuels, which can degrade basic rubber hose and result in customer comebacks.

Barricade complies with permeation laws, with the lowest permeation rate on the market 1 gr/m2/day. It exceeds both California Air Resources Board (CARB) and EPA requirements.

Gates says Barricade is multi-fuel compatible, and approved for use with leaded and unleaded gasoline, diesel, biodiesel, E-85, methanol, ethanol, and gasohol fuels.

Gates offers a full line of hose products including vapour fuel hose, submersible hose and marine hose.
