Turbocharger Hose Kits

Gates has introduced a first-to-market, complete Ford silicone hose and clamp kit for turbocharger applications.

Research has shown instances of OE turbocharger hose becoming oil-soaked and subsequently failing, rendering the system inoperable until the hose is replaced.

Currently, turbocharger replacement parts are often only available at the OE dealer, making it harder to find parts when needed. Additional parts to complete the repair, such as clamps, can be hard to find, leading to extra sourcing time and inconvenience.

The Gates OE+ turbocharger hose solution prevents oil permeation and the T-bolt clamps provide better sealing. The all-in-one kit has all of the parts, including turbo charger hose, and two correctly fitted T-bolt clamps, needed to complete the repair.

The Gates Ford Turbocharger Hose Kits are currently available for F250-550 Super Duty trucks, model years 1999-2010. Dodge truck applications are coming soon.
