Novus Glass announced the opening of its newest location in Fergus, Ontario.
Ron and Caroline Brouwer, along with their daughter Jenna Smith, are adding the partnership to their True Auto Care shop, which they’ve been running for 20 years.
Ron’s journey in the automotive industry began during his high school years in his uncle’s shop where he honed his skills in custom exhaust, brake and suspension work. Caroline has been a key member of the business as a reliable and skilled bookkeeper.
Smith, initially from a developmental services background, joined the family business with no automotive experience. But she has become a key member of the shop and in 2024 became a partner in the business.
Since acquiring the former Grand River Glass building in 2017, True Auto Care has been offering glass services, which will now be enhanced with their new partnership. This collaboration allows them to expand their comprehensive service offerings, which include ADAS calibrations and EV repair.
“Our building’s history as a glass shop is well-known, and we’re excited to continue providing this to Centre Wellington,” said Jenna. “Partnering with Novus Glass allows us to offer more services, providing a one-stop shop where customers can see friendly faces for all their car needs.”
