New jump starter from Milwaukee

Milwaukee Tool has introduced the M18 Hotshot Jump Starter, a solution designed for professionals who need reliable, on-demand vehicle jump-starting. Unlike traditional jump starters, the Hotshot requires no pre-charging, and delivers consistent performance in extreme conditions.

The jump starter is optimized for Redlithium XC5.0 and above and uses internal capacitors to prepare for a jump in under 70 seconds. It delivers up to 2,000 peak amps and can perform up to 70 jump starts on a single charge. It features IP65-rated, impact-resistant housing, spark-proof and reverse polarity protection, and operates in temperatures from –4-122 degrees Fahrenheit (-20-50 degrees Celsius)

It can jump-start up to 8.1L gas and 3.0L diesel engines. Its custom clamp design ensures easy access to battery terminals, while a digital display provides real-time voltage feedback. Its capacitors are rated for up to 500,000.

It’s fully compatible with Milwaukee’s M18 system of over 275 tools.
