As someone deeply invested in this industry, I’ve seen firsthand how technology is reshaping the way we serve our customers. For us to remain leaders and deliver real value, we must embrace innovations like AI, predictive analytics, and new demand forecasting tools. It’s not just about efficiency, it’s about ensuring that when a family brings their car to a trusted garage, the right part is available quickly and at a fair price. That means our logistics and distribution need to be seamless. We’ve invested in advanced, vertical distribution centers and OSR systems, which allow us to get parts closer to those who need them most: The garages that form the backbone of our business.
Looking back at 2025, what stands out is how political shifts can rock supply chains. When new commercial rules came into play, our team adapted fast, finding alternative sources and ensuring customers weren’t left out. Agility isn’t optional anymore. It’s critical if we want to keep prices fair and cars on the road.
But at the heart of our future success is confidence — confidence in the garages we partner with, in the tools they use and in our ability to listen and provide what they need. I believe real progress happens at the field level, by equipping and supporting those who interact directly with drivers each day. For us, being quick to adapt and staying close to our partners keeps Canada moving.
