Fix Network Global Conference highlights collaboration, growth

The 2025 Fix Network Global Conference wrapped up in Mexico recently. The multi-day event brought together franchisees, industry leaders and experts from around the world for keynote sessions, discussions and networking.

Held under the theme of Mission: Possible, the conference brought together franchisees from Fix Auto, Novus Glass, ProColor Collision and Speedy Auto Service.

Steve Leal, president and CEO of Fix Network, opened the event by sharing the organization’s strategic vision and highlighting how collaboration and shared goals are driving innovation and success across the network.

The conference featured a lineup of speakers, such as motorsports icon Romain Grosjean, who shared his personal story of resilience and high-stakes performance, encouraging attendees to see challenges as opportunities. Leadership strategist Matt Havens offered practical tools for building high-performing teams across generations, emphasizing the power of simplicity in communication and leadership.

A panel discussion brought together Fix Network leaders from Germany, Canada, Australia, and the U.S. to explore how innovation, operational agility and EV specialization are helping them navigate change and drive performance.

Audi F1’s chief programmes officer, Stefan Strähnz, gave attendees a behind-the-scenes look at Audi’s entry into Formula 1, drawing parallels between strategic planning in motorsport and business growth.

Leaders also took the stage to discuss key trends shaping the aftermarket, including technician shortages, repair complexity and shifting consumer expectations. Business mogul Grant Cardone delivered a session on scaling success, urging franchisees to embrace bold growth strategies and lead with confidence. Entrepreneur and author Molly Bloom closed the speaker lineup with a powerful story of reinvention and resilience, aligning perfectly with the conference’s theme.

Beyond the sessions, the event offered plenty of opportunities for connection and celebration.

“Every two years, the Fix Network Global Conference reinforces that we’re more than just a network — we’re a global community of entrepreneurs driven by a shared passion,” Leal said. “The energy, insights, and inspiration exchanged here will undoubtedly shape the way we move forward together.”
