Dayco has expanded its coverage in the North American aftermarket with the release of more than 60 new part numbers. These additions include 25 timing chain kits, 27 serpentine belt kits, three tensioners, seven pulleys and four hose applications, collectively covering 87 million vehicles in operation.
The new timing chain kits support nearly 40 million VIO, including popular models from Hyundai, Acura, Nissan, Toyota and Ford. Designed to streamline installation and reduce errors, these kits include detailed instructions.
Dayco’s serpentine belt kits add coverage for over 24 million VIO and include OE-quality pulleys, tensioners, and belts for complete front-end drive system maintenance.
The tensioners include one heavy-duty option for Kenworth engines and two automotive versions for Lexus, Toyota and Nissan, engineered to reduce accessory bearing failure and belt noise.
Seven new pulleys, both light- and heavy-duty, cover 14 million VIO and are designed using advanced CAD and finite element analysis for optimal strength.
The hose applications meet or exceed OE and SAE standards, built to withstand exposure to oil, debris, ozone, and temperature extremes.
