Dayco adds chain kits, tensioners, hoses

Dayco is expanding its North American product portfolio with 30 new part numbers now available for order. These new product introductions include eight timing chain kits, nine tensioners, and thirteen hoses, collectively providing coverage for 28.8 million vehicles in operation (VIO).

The eight new timing chain kits alone cover 11.6 million VIO and are part of Dayco’s broader plan to launch 60 new kits in 2025. These kits feature non-stretch chains and precision-engineered components, backed by a two-year, 60,000-mile parts and labour warranty. On the tensioner side, Dayco has introduced three heavy-duty parts for Paccar MX11 and MX13 engines, covering over 200,000 Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks. Additionally, six new light-duty tensioners offer coverage for more than 11 million vehicles, including models from Stellantis, Toyota, Honda, and others.

The hose expansion includes eleven branched radiator hoses and two molded heater hoses, covering 5.8 million VIO. These OE-fit hoses require no cutting and meet or exceed all OE and SAE standards. Engineered for durability, they feature spiral reinforcement and are built to withstand oil, mud, salt, road debris, and extreme temperatures.
