Continental’s ContiTech group has appointed Jim Hill as vice-president of distribution for its Industrial Solutions Americas (IAM) business, tasking him with strengthening the company’s regional distribution network and partner relationships.
In the new role, Hill will lead distribution efforts across the region, focusing on building and enhancing relationships with customers and distribution partners. He previously served as the group’s vice-president of marketing and strategy.
“Jim’s extensive industry experience and proven leadership make him well-suited to lead our distribution strategy in the Americas,” said Andreas Gerstenberger, ContiTech USA CEO and head of business area with IAM. “His deep knowledge of our markets and customers will be instrumental as we continue to strengthen our distribution network.”
Before joining ContiTech in 2015, Hill held management roles at The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and later senior executive positions at Goodyear Engineered Products, which became Veyance Technologies and is now part of ContiTech.
