Coats has introduced new upgrades to its Maxx tire changer line, reinforcing its focus on technician efficiency, product durability, and user-centered design. The latest enhancements include a digital air gauge and a redesigned air chuck, both aimed at improving precision and usability in tire service environments.
The digital air gauge replaces the traditional analog display, offering clearer, more accurate readings, even in low-light conditions. The redesigned air chuck improves ergonomics and provides a more secure connection to the valve stem, helping reduce air leaks and operator fatigue. These updates will be standard on the Maxx 80 and Maxx 90 models.
The upgrades were made based on feedback from technicians and testing.
“Technicians deserve equipment that makes their work easier and more accurate. With the digital air gauge and the newly engineered air chuck, we’re not just improving convenience—we’re adding meaningful upgrades that continue our longstanding tradition of safety and reliability in every tire-changing task,” said Ben Pryor, vice president of commercial for Coats.
