Changes to Fix’s sales and ops VP

Fix Network announced the departure of Jeff Labanovich, who served as its vice president of sales and operations in Canada. The company has appointed Sonia Bouthillette to the role.

Bouthillette has almost 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, including 14 years in leadership positions at Fix Network. In an announcement, the company praised her for “delivering results through collaboration and strategic focus.”

The company also highlighted her ability to scale growth, increase profitability and be a strong team leader.

Steve Leal, president and CEO of Fix Network, praised Labanovich for his key role in reinforcing Fix Network’s presence across Canada and welcomed Bouthillette to the role.

“Jeff played a key role in shaping the strength and stability of our Canadian operations.  We’re grateful for his leadership and focus and wish him all the best in his future endeavours,” he said.

“At the same time, we are excited to see Sonia step into this expanded role. Sonia’s dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment to operational excellence have been instrumental in driving our network forward. Her continued growth within our organization is a source of pride, and we are confident that her visionary approach will lead Fix Network to even greater success in Canada.”

Fix Network’s Canadian brands include Fix Auto, ProColor Collision, Novus Glass and Speedy Auto Service.
