As a corporate partner of Ronald McDonald House Charities, Gates is a proud supporter of their work. After wrapping up the 2014 campaign, Randy Chupka (director of marketing, Gates Canada) and Ray Osika (vice president of operations, Gates Canada), were pleased to present a cheque to RMHC Canada for $15,000.
The funds were raised through Gates Building Blocks kits. A kit which customers purchased that contained items to help build business at professional service centers, and also through Gates exclusive partners, and a website was available for individual donations. In addition, Gates employees aided in the success of this program by volunteering their time.
Gates has been an official partner with Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) since 2014. RMHC creates, finds and supports programs that directly improve the health and wellbeing of children.
