Broken bolt repair kit for exhaust manifolds from ProMaxx Tools

ProMaxx Tool has introduced the Exhaust Manifold Broken Bolt Repair Kit for the Volvo 2.0L 4-Cylinder Gas Engine (PMXV200PRO), designed to reduce repair time to 15 minutes or less per bolt. This kit is built for the Drive-E or VEA engines found in popular Volvo models like the XC40, XC60, XC90 and S60.

The kit is based on ProMaxx Tool’s ProPlate technology and features screw-in bushings with proprietary mating surfaces for dead-center drilling. Its universal mounting design allows the ProPlate jig to be positioned in multiple orientations, giving technicians full access to every broken stud — even in tight engine compartments.

It’s available in three versions, including the ProKit Plus with Extractorless bolt repair.
