After 40 years with Grote Industries, Bob Lauzon has decided to retire from the business. For all of those who know Bob’s passion for the business and his deep care for his customers, it is time for us to celebrate the end of a wonderful career full of many firsts and an on-going legacy of success. Bob has decided to step away from the business effective December 31, 2016 and enjoy life and pursue some different hobbies and activities with his family.

Bob’s leaving marks the end of an era for Grote Industries. He first started with Grote as a sales agent in the Province of Quebec later becoming one of its first employees in Canada.

According to Brad Morris, GM of Grote Industries Canada, “Bob has dedicated a career and significant part of his lifetime to both Grote and the industry in Quebec and across Canada. Bob has a passion and respect for the people that define this industry and he will forever be appreciated and celebrated for that. Bob helped define professionalism across generations for our company and this industry.”
