Autel Launches Autel Cloud

Autel Launches Autel Cloud

Autel has introduced Autel Cloud, an online platform designed to streamline how repair shops manage, store and share diagnostic data. Built for single and multi-location operations, the platform connects technicians, service writers, and front-office staff in a secure environment, enabling collaboration on reports, live data, digital vehicle inspections (DVIs), and ADAS calibration results.

It offers flexible storage options, starting with a free 5GB account and scaling up to Professional (1TB), Advanced (3TB), and Enterprise tiers for larger networks. All plans include unlimited tool connections and secure cloud storage.

The platform automatically syncs data from supported Autel diagnostic tablets—from MX900 to MS Ultra S2—and service tools such as ITS600, BT608, and TBE200. Users gain a centralized hub for managing devices, software updates, and customer information, helping shops maintain efficiency and compliance.

Key features include advanced report management, comprehensive tool oversight, and secure customer data storage. These capabilities allow shops to locate reports quickly, monitor productivity, and ensure continuity across operations.

“Autel Cloud connects every part of shop operations — from the service bay to the front office — bringing transparency, collaboration and efficiency to the next level,” said said Maurice Miller, Autel’s VP of Customer Success. “It’s another example of Autel’s responsiveness to the needs of our users and a commitment to ensuring that every product we make provides them with countless ways to improve the efficiency and profitability of their organizations and offer their customers exceptional service.”
