Aisin names new leaders for its new business

Aisin Aftermarket & Service of America, Inc., established April 1, 2025 following the merger of the aftermarket division of Aisin World Corp. of America and an Aisin group company specializing in transmission remanufacturing has announced two of its new leaders.

Dwayne Bates (pictured above) was named president of AISIN Aftermarket & Service of America, Inc. He was previously senior vice president of AISIN’s Aftermarket division in North America.

René Ocegueda was named vice president of AISIN Aftermarket & Service of America, Inc. He was most recently general manager of its aftermarket division in North America.

The new business entity will operate as a stand-alone company focused on both aftermarket sales business and growing remanufactured product business, according to Scott Turpin, president and COO, who made the announcement.
