
Mitchell 1 has introduced OneFlow Estimator + Inspections, a new bundled experience within its Manager SE shop management system designed to reduce manual estimating and speed customer approvals.
The estimator provides VIN‑specific estimates that connect directly with digital inspections for a more efficient and consistent workflow.

Estimates are generated within seconds using natural‑language searches that automatically match parts, labour and related jobs, producing organized, customer‑ready results. By linking inspection findings directly to estimates, the system helps shops move more quickly from recommendation to approval.
OneFlow Inspections complements the estimating workflow by enabling technicians to document recommended repairs using photos, videos, and notes that flow directly into Manager SE’s Job View. This eliminates duplicate data entry and helps service advisors present clearer, more transparent estimates and invoices.
