Ratcheting tool

Mac Tools announces the launch of three ratcheting tools designed to provide technicians easier access in tight spaces. These new tools allow for increased flexibility and provide more productivity in the shop.

The new line up includes a 12 inch Quarter Inch Drive Locking Flex Ratchet (MR12LFPA), an 18 Inch 3/8 Inch Drive Locking Flex Ratchet (XR18LFPA) and a 22 Inch Drive Locking Flex Ratchet (VR22LFPA).

“These new innovative ratchets will appeal to technicians of all types,” said Trent Cone, Mac Tools product manager. “Professionals have the opportunity to pick and choose the right flex ratchet for their particular application, no matter how tight the space.”

For easier access to tight areas the ratcheting tools feature a new slim head and a 72-tooth design with a five degree handle swing. A locking flex head, available on all models, locks the ratcheting head in place for simpler loosening and tightening of fasteners. A quick release button locks the socket in place and releases the socket when depressed. In addition, an improved ergonomic grip design eases fatigue during application and a full polish, chrome plated finish provides increased durability and easy tool cleaning.

The three ratcheting tools are now available via Mac Tools distributors and franchisees.
