    enjoy your video’s I believe that flat rate operated shops create an atmosphere of individuals and limited team work or concern for future of business and customer base. It creates a race to get maximum hours per repair order without thought towards customers budget or long term care for the customer. What is your thought on flat rate operations and how to control Greed versus customer loyalty.
