    Great Video Bob. The ASP’s competition is the “Dealer” and not other shops. The 10 points you outlined are what the dealerships offer now, and much more. I think these points are the very basic things a shop must be doing, and sadly many are not. I drive by many shops in my area and the overhead doors are open, and there is hardly any light in the shop area. My first thought as a customer is, how can a technician work on my car if they can’t even see what they are doing, and I’m not exaggerating.
    That’s just my two cents worth.
