    Thanks Bob for all you do and have done for my beloved profession.
    What are the first steps in building a proper business succession plan? My son who’s been in the business with me for 8 years will be ready in the next few years for take over, as I’m ready to retire. I don’t know where to start?

    What do you think the minimum number of bays will be in 5 years? Services provided at this shop would cover 4 or 5 brands at the or above dealership level service capabilities.
