VDO expands TMPS coverage

New tire pressure monitoring system sensors recently from VDO will cover more than 20 million vehicles.

Continental Commercial Vehicles & Aftermarket announced that it has expanded the VDO REDI-Sensor TPMS sensor (Part No. SE10003A) line to include coverage for 2018 Ford, Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Subaru, Toyota and Volvo models. These do not require cloning or programming, it added.

The clamp-in TPMS sensor features an aluminum clamp-in valve stem that is resistant to many road hazards and complements today’s alloy wheels. No additional purchases or training are needed to get started with these sensors as they are already pre-programmed from the factory and designed to follow existing OE vehicle relearn procedures.
