Uni-Select Prairies Shifts Gears to Help Those in Need

Due to the recent flooding in Alberta, Uni-Select Prairies was forced to cancel its annual charity golf tournament at the Kananaskis Golf and Country Club, but that didn’t stop the group from doing some good.

Upon hearing that the tournament was cancelled, one of the suppliers who was to attend the tournament offered to donate the money that he would have spent to flooding relief efforts instead and others quickly followed suit.

Bob Chapman, Uni-Select Prairies Marketing Manager, stepped up to the plate to collect all the funds and in less than 48 hours collected $34,500 for the Red Cross relief efforts.
