Uni-Select Expands In Important Florida Market with Parts Depot Acquisition

Uni-Select has entered into an agreement with Parts Depot, Inc. to purchase certain assets in the state of Florida, giving them an even larger foothold in one of the most important aftermarket markets in the U.S.
Uni-Select recently acquired 27 Finishmaster outlets in Florida. The latest acquisition is expected to add 39 points of sale and five distribution centres, and add annual sales of US$87 million.
After the transaction has closed in early October, Uni-Select will open new stores under its Auto-Plus trademark in those locations where leases have been assumed.
