Uni-Select Acquires Parts Holding

Uni-Select has acquired all of the assets of Parts Holding, LLC and its operating companies which include Parts Distributors, LLC.
Parts Distributors is an automotive replacement parts distributor that operates 16 points of sale and one distribution centre active in the States of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Maryland.
Parts Distributors customers are independent jobbers and fleet operators.
The acquired business will become part of the North-East division of Automotive Group USA. This development should add annual sales of US$52 million, 40% of which are to fleet customers.
The Uni-Select Network includes over 2,033 independent jobbers and services over 3,063 points of sale in Canada and the United States. Uni-Select is headquartered in Montreal.
